Our priority is ensuring all your purchases arrive within the estimated timeframe and in perfect condition. We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched, and you will then receive an email with tracking details.

Where do you deliver?
● We deliver to all UK mainland addresses
● We also deliver to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands & Republic of Ireland
● We deliver to all EU Standard countries
● We also deliver to the rest of the world (United States, Central America, South America, Africa, Asia, The Caribbean)
Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Organic Hairoids. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
How long will delivery take?
● Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses takes between 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays
● *Deliveries to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands & The Republic of Ireland may take longer than UK mainland deliveries.
● EU Standard International delivery will take 5-10 working days (Excludes Sat/Sun)
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
● Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
● Once your order has been processed and we have received payment, we will aim to dispatch your item within 1-3 working days. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing challenges related to COVID-19 deliveries may be delayed upon expected arrival time, however this won’t affect our dispatch times and updates will be provided on shipping details. As all deliveries are handled by shipping couriers (which is out of our control) all time frames below are rough estimates so your order may come later or earlier than expected.

Before placing your order, please ensure that you do understand that there may be delays at this moment in time, this is constantly changing so it is strongly recommended that you keep an eye out for further updates provided via your shipment tracking as well as updates by your countries government. In the event of a failed delivery, you will be contacted immediately via email and refunded automatically once the courier returns your order back and it is received on our end. Please be patient with us during this time.
We take pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition and if the order is not to a high standard upon delivery for example if the order was damaged, we will provide a refund. We are also happy to exchange items.
In order to get an exchange or refund customers must provide an Image of a proof of receipt for this to be granted.
